Hello, everybody!

Vadnesh has got a brand new website: www.sriaurobindoyoga.org
and the first opportunity that this site offers is the School of the Integral Yoga online, where Vladnesh is one of the instructors.

This school teaches you how to live your life harmoniously, or, in other words, how to be in harmony with yourself. In fact, it is the prerequisite of that poise, which is a fundamental state of consciousness for practicing the Integral Yoga.

Not everyone can be a marine, as Sri Aurobindo writes:

“Strength is alright for the strong – but aspiration and the Grace answering to it are not altogether myths; they are great realities of the spiritual life.”

If you begin your sadhana by struggle with yourself your way will be long and difficult. To be in harmony with oneself while doing sadhana is the sunlit path in the Yoga.

Sri Aurobindo also writes somewhere that only a few people know that they must accept themselves as they are with all the difficulties in order to change the consciousness. Because that alone makes you quiet and peaceful, and such state of ease and restful poise, according to Sri Aurobindo, is in itself an opening and a call to the Mother’s Force.

The School of the Integral Yoga simply stresses the most important method of the Integral Yoga which is to rely solely on the Divine. And when the stream of Shakti comes to you and presses on your head the experience of the Divine becomes as concrete as eating an ice cream. To this Reality you have to give yourself – that is all.

“All can be done by the Divine, the heart and nature purified, the inner consciousness awakened, the veils removed, if one gives oneself to the Divine with trust and confidence—and even if one cannot do so fully at once, yet the more one does so, the more the inner help and guidance comes and the contact and the experience of the Divine grows within For such a taking up involves one’s putting oneself in the hands of the Divine rather than trusting to one’s own efforts alone and it implies one’s putting one’s trust and confidence in the Divine and a progressive self-giving.

It is in fact the principle of sadhana that I myself followed and it is the central part of the Yoga as I envisage it” Sri Aurobindo

The School of the Integral Yoga offers free simple programs with meditative educational films that Vladnesh made for you such as “Concentration on the Mother’s Photo”, “Types of pranayama”, short films-exercises to develop one pointed concentration skills etc.
